New Addiction Treatment Resource in Fresno Opens for Those Seeking Recovery in the Valley.

Valley Recovery Center of California held its Grand Opening of Their Outpatient Clinic, Located in Fresno, California. Former Fresno State Basketball Star and Recovery Advocate, Chris Herren Cuts the Ceremonial Ribbon.

Valley Recovery Center of California (Valley) held the grand opening for the Fresno Outpatient Clinic last week with support from the community and special guest Chris Herren.   Herren, former Fresno State Bulldog and former NBA player is now a motivational speaker and advocate for treatment and recovery.   He commented to ABC News 30 on how it was a blessing to be back in Fresno to support the community that once supported him and Valley Recovery Center on the opening of treatment services. 

The clinic, located at 6435 North Palm Ave, Ste 103, provides dual diagnosis, addiction recovery and treatment services.   Valley’s flagship is a residential treatment program for substance abuse disorders located in Sacramento, CA.   The services offered at the Fresno outpatient include partial hospitalization program (PHP), as well as an intensive outpatient (IOP) program on site.   Additional services planned for Fresno include a family program and a weekly Alumni group.

About Valley Recovery Center Fresno- ​Located in Fresno, California, Valley Recovery Center of Fresno is an Outpatient Clinic which services as a resource and provider of addiction treatment and recovery services for the community.
